Refund and Returns Policy

YoiSign’s refund and returns policy extends for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Therefore, while our returns policy is in place to address genuine issues with your purchase, rest assured that our stringent quality control measures minimize the likelihood of such occurrences. Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned and refunded, no returns on items on sales.

Refund Process:
Contact us immediately before starting this process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. You may also need to contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please email us at [email protected]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
